Teachers as Professional Development Trainers. To build capacity in our system, the District supports qualified teachers providing inservice training for other teachers when such training is aligned with school learning goals and school improvement plans. If a teacher is hired to provide professional development for colleagues, payment for this service shall be structured in one of two ways:
