Common use of Teaching Contracts Clause in Contracts

Teaching Contracts. A. Except in regard to employees who have attained continuing contract status elsewhere, the initial limited contract offered to members new to the Monroe Local School District, except employees hired to fill vacancies occurring during the school year, or as substitute employees, shall be for a term of one (1) school year. Employees hired during the school year to fill vacancies may be offered contracts for the remaining of the school year.
