Parent Parties means Parent and Merger Sub.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the term “Partnership Subsidiary” shall not in any way be deemed to include the Non-Controlled Subsidiaries or subsidiaries thereof, the Taxable REIT Subsidiaries or subsidiaries thereof, or the Subsidiary REITs or subsidiaries thereof.
Business Partner means a legal entity that requires use of a Cloud Service in connection with Customer’s and its Affiliates’ internal business operations. These may include customers, distributors, service providers and/or suppliers of Customer.
General partnership means an organization formed by two or more persons under chapters 45-13 through 45-21.
Corporate Partner means a Partner that is subject to tax under [reference to State law].

SAP Parent means SAP SE, a European Company (Societas Europaea, SE) established under the laws of Germany and the European Union, registered with the commercial register of the local court of Mannheim, Germany, under HRB 719915, with registered office in Walldorf, Germany, and business address at Dietmar-Hopp-Allee 16, 69190 Walldorf, Germany.
Parent Affiliate means any Person under common control with any of the Parent Entities within the meaning of Section 414(b), Section 414(c), Section 414(m) or Section 414(o) of the Code, and the regulations issued thereunder.
mixed-activity holding company means a parent undertaking, other than a financial holding company or an institution or a mixed financial holding company, the subsidiaries of which include at least one institution;
Departing Partner means a former General Partner from and after the effective date of any withdrawal or removal of such former General Partner pursuant to Section 11.1 or 11.2.
