Technical Call-Out (TCO). 1. Employees will be paid a ten (10) minute minimum or the actual number of minutes worked, whichever is greater, at the appropriate overtime rate of pay. Subsequent call outs within the same ten (10) minute period will not receive additional compensation until after that period has expired.
