TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION 5. 1. The Seller is obliged to deliver together with the goods (according to point 4.3 of the present contract) three sets of maintenance and installation documentation: on Russian (3 sets) language within the time specified in clause 4.3 and the separate time table for documentation in according with Supplement 3: - instruction of storage the goods technical description of the goods maintenance instructions for the goods installation instructions of the goods program and methods of goods testing on board the ship spare parts catalogue (on English language only) results of stand tests electric and hydraulic diagrams list of spare parts to be delivered under the present contract log book The final version of all technical documentations will be delivered according to Supplement No. 3 5.2. The Seller is obliged to correct the documentation sent with the goods with all the alterations made during fabrication and installation of the goods. 5.3. All the a.m. documentation (as far as possible) is to be supplied also on diskettes or CDs. 5.4. All function plates on the switch box are to be on Russian language, other name plates – on English 5.5. In case when technical documentation is not enclosed in cases or not sent by mail as described in separate time table (Supplement 3) and it is not under the control of the Seller, the Seller should ensure that those missing documents will be forwarded as soon as possible. 5. TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION 5. 1. The Supplier shall provide to the CzDA any update of the technical documentation. Update of the technical documentation shall be provided free of charge in the term requested by the CzDA. 5.2. The Supplier shall permit the CzDA to reproduce all or part of the technical documentation provided for its internal needs, directly connected with use by its personnel. The CzDA shall ensure that any indication concerning the intellectual property rights appearing on the original copies is reproduced. 6.

  • Technical Documentation Prior to commencement of the Tests on Completion, the Contractor shall supply to the Engineer the technical documentation as specified in the Employer’s Requirements. The Works or Section shall not be considered to be completed for the purposes of taking- over under sub-clause 10.1 [Taking Over of the Works and Sections] until the Engineer has received the technical documentation as defined in this sub-clause 5.7, the "history file" including design calculations and certain certification as well as any other documents required to meet the CE Marking requirements.

  • Source Documentation Accounting records must be supported by such source documentation as canceled checks, bank statements, invoices, paid bills, donor letters, time and attendance records, activity reports, travel reports, contractual and consultant agreements, and subaward documentation. All supporting documentation should be clearly identified with the Award and general ledger accounts which are to be charged or credited.
