Common use of Technical Lead Positions Clause in Contracts

Technical Lead Positions. If an L3 employee works in a Tool Lead role for a duration longer than three (3) months, an acting premium to the bottom of L4 or a premium of at least 5% of salary (whichever is greater) will apply for the duration of the assignment. If an L4 employee works in a Shift Lead role for a duration longer than seven (7) calendar days, an acting premium to the bottom of L5 or a premium of at least 5% of salary (whichever is greater) will apply for the duration of the assignment. If an L5 employee works in a Technical Lead role for a duration longer than three (3) months, an acting premium to the bottom of L6 or a premium of at least 5% of salary (whichever is greater) will apply for the duration of the assignment.
