Technical Project Management. The Contractor shall manage development of technical solutions using Agile Project Management philosophies to ensure a regular feedback loop with government technical representative. The Contractor shall schedule, organize, plan, and conduct meeting with HNC Engineering Technical Team and the COR. Sprints should last 1-4 weeks and a sprint review/planning meeting should be conducted at the end of each sprint.

Technical Project Management. Management of WP3 ToolKit development, including the research and technology assessment exercise, interaction with WP2 EPs and the technical work packages of other VPH-call projects, will be managed by the TPM within WP1. Periodic monitoring on WP3 progress and software releasing will be a key task for the person in this role, as will be implementation of steering committee/advisory board directives relating to VPH ToolKit and associated beneficiaries.

  • Project Management and Coordination The Engineer shall coordinate all subconsultant activity to include quality of and consistency of work and administration of the invoices and monthly progress reports. The Engineer shall coordinate with necessary local entities.

  • Technical Support Services 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").

  • Construction Management Plan Contractor shall prepare and furnish to the Owner a thorough and complete plan for the management of the Project from issuance of the Proceed Order through the issuance of the Design Professional's Certificate of Material Completion. Such plan shall include, without limitation, an estimate of the manpower requirements for each trade and the anticipated availability of such manpower, a schedule prepared using the critical path method that will amplify and support the schedule required in Article 2.1.5 below, and the Submittal Schedule as required in Article 2.2.3. The Contractor shall include in his plan the names and resumés of the Project Superintendent, Project Manager and the person in charge of Safety.
