Common use of Technical Provisions Clause in Contracts

Technical Provisions. This Section provides for the physical connection of Carrier's and Telco's networks within the State for the transmission and routing of Telco to Carrier and Carrier to Telco Authorized Services traffic consistent with the requirements of 47 C.F.R. § 51.305. Telco and Carrier will physically connect their networks and exchange traffic originating from or terminating to the other Party's Customers over their networks in connection with Xxxxxxx's Authorized Services in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. Carrier shall deliver all Interconnection traffic destined to terminate on Telco's network through Interconnection Trunks obtained pursuant to this Agreement. This Agreement is not intended to allow for the exchange of Paging Traffic between the Parties' respective networks. If the Parties have Paging Traffic to exchange, a separate interconnection agreement must be negotiated to address that traffic.
