All of the Contract Documents are intended to be complementary. Work required by one of the Contract Documents and not by others shall be done as if required by all. In the event of conflict, the various Contract Documents will be given effect in the order set forth in the General Conditions. This Contract shall supersede any prior agreement of the parties.

All of which are familiar to the Contractor and are component parts of the contract. • Certificate of Insurance • Performance/Payment Bond Upon completion of the project, the Contractor shall provide the Owner with the Warranty of Title.
COMPONENT PARTS OF THE CONTRACT. This AGREEMENT entered into consists of the following CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, all of which are component parts of the AGREEMENT as if herein set out in full or attached hereto: In addition, all Change Orders and Work Directive Changes authorizing additions, deletions, or modifications, and all appendices, bulletins and addenda as prepared prior to the date of opening Bids setting forth any modifications or corrections or interpretations of any of said documents. In the event of any conflict between the provisions thereof, the terms of said documents shall control over each other in the following order:
1. Agreement
2. Change Orders and Work Directive Changes
3. Addenda
COMPONENT PARTS OF THE CONTRACT. This Contract is only one of several documents that sets forth the complete understanding and agreement of the District and the Contractor with respect to the Project. The Contract is composed of all of the below-listed Contract Documents, as may be amended in accordance with their provisions, and each such document is hereby incorporated as an operative and effective part of the Contract. The Contract Documents shall be deemed and construed to be complementary and an integrated whole. Any requirement or provision set forth in one Contract Document, but not in one or more of the other Contract Documents, shall be interpreted as if set forth in or applicable to all Contract Documents.
