Interconnection Options. Carrier may order Trunk Side Interconnection in the configurations described below: 3.1.7.1 Type 1 or Type 2B – End Office Switch Interface. The Parties may establish Trunk Groups at a AT&T-22STATE End Office Switch using a Type 1 interface (or a Type 2B interface, when and where available). 3.1.7.2 Type 2A – Tandem Switch Interface. Carrier may establish Trunk Groups at a AT&T-22STATE TandemSwitch using a Type 2A interface. 3.1.7.3 In the event that AT&T-22STATE deploys new Tandem Switches after the Effective Date,AT&T- 22STATE will provide Carrier with reasonable advance notice of such a change andAT&T- 22STATEwill work cooperatively with Carrier to accomplish all necessary network changes.

Interconnection Options. Each Party shall ensure that providers of public telecommunications services of other Parties can interconnect their facilities and equipment with those of major providers in its territory, pursuant to at least one of the following options: A reference interconnection offer or other standard interconnection offer that contains the rates, terms and conditions that major providers offer to the providers of public telecommunications services; The terms and conditions of an existing interconnection agreement, or By means of the negotiation of a new interconnection agreement. Each Party shall make publicly available the procedures applicable to the negotiation of interconnection with the major providers of its territory. Each Party shall provide the means for providers of public telecommunications services from other Parties to obtain the rates, terms and conditions necessary for interconnection supplied by a major provider. At the least, these means include ensuring: The public availability of existing interconnection agreements between a major provider in its territory and other providers of public telecommunications services; The public availability of rates, terms and conditions for interconnection with a major provider, established by the telecommunications regulatory agency or another competent agency, or The public availability of the reference interconnection offer.

  • Interconnection 2.1 This section applies to linking with suppliers providing public telecommunications transport networks or services in order to allow the users of one supplier to communicate with users of another supplier and to access services provided by another supplier, where specific commitments are undertaken.

  • Interconnection Service Interconnection Service allows the Interconnection Customer to connect the Large Generating Facility to the Participating TO’s Transmission System and be eligible to deliver the Large Generating Facility’s output using the available capacity of the CAISO Controlled Grid. To the extent the Interconnection Customer wants to receive Interconnection Service, the Participating TO shall construct facilities identified in Appendices A and C that the Participating TO is responsible to construct.

  • Network Interconnection Architecture Each Party will plan, design, construct and maintain the facilities within their respective systems as are necessary and proper for the provision of traffic covered by this Agreement. These facilities include but are not limited to, a sufficient number of trunks to the point of interconnection with the tandem company, and sufficient interoffice and interexchange facilities and trunks between its own central offices to adequately handle traffic between all central offices within the service areas at a P.01 grade of service or better. The provisioning and engineering of such services and facilities will comply with generally accepted industry methods and practices, and will observe the rules and regulations of the lawfully established tariffs applicable to the services provided.

  • Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities The Interconnection Customer shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities described in Appendix A at its sole expense.

  • Interconnection Facilities 4.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall pay for the cost of the Interconnection Facilities itemized in Attachment 2 of this Agreement. The NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, shall provide a best estimate cost, including overheads, for the purchase and construction of its Interconnection Facilities and provide a detailed itemization of such costs. Costs associated with Interconnection Facilities may be shared with other entities that may benefit from such facilities by agreement of the Interconnection Customer, such other entities, the NYISO, and the Connecting Transmission Owner. 4.1.2 The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for its share of all reasonable expenses, including overheads, associated with (1) owning, operating, maintaining, repairing, and replacing its own Interconnection Facilities, and

  • Scope of Interconnection Service 1.3.1 The NYISO will provide Energy Resource Interconnection Service and Capacity Resource Interconnection Service to Interconnection Customer at the Point of Interconnection. 1.3.2 This Agreement does not constitute an agreement to purchase or deliver the Interconnection Customer’s power. The purchase or delivery of power and other services that the Interconnection Customer may require will be covered under separate agreements, if any, or applicable provisions of NYISO’s or Connecting Transmission Owner’s tariffs. The Interconnection Customer will be responsible for separately making all necessary arrangements (including scheduling) for delivery of electricity in accordance with the applicable provisions of the ISO OATT and Connecting Transmission Owner’s tariff. The execution of this Agreement does not constitute a request for, nor agreement to, provide Energy, any Ancillary Services or Installed Capacity under the NYISO Services Tariff or any Connecting Transmission Owner’s tariff. If Interconnection Customer wishes to supply or purchase Energy, Installed Capacity or Ancillary Services, then Interconnection Customer will make application to do so in accordance with the NYISO Services Tariff or Connecting Transmission Owner’s tariff.

  • Network Interconnection Methods 3.1 The Interconnection provided herein may not be used solely for the purpose of originating a Party’s own interexchange traffic.

  • Interconnection Agreement Seller shall comply with the terms and conditions of the Interconnection Agreement.
