Technical specifications for Greenfield Public Street Lighting System a) Minimum technical specifications for LED Luminaires The Project SPV should submit a detail Equipment Installation Plan to Authority with number of LED Luminaires of different ratings specific to each group of road considering the ULB requirements on wattage of LED Luminaires for different road groups as specified in section 1 of this schedule. Along with Equipment Installation Plan, Project SPV should provide Authority with Sphere Spectroradiometry Test Data in LM 79 report specific to proposed LED luminaire ratings and other technical details of LED Luminaires as specified below.   • Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications furnished on the CD are intended to establish the standards for quality, performance and technical requirements for all labor, workmanship, material, methods and equipment necessary to complete the Work. When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work.
