The Employer agrees that, whenever possible, no employee shall lose employment because of technological change, utilizing normal turnover of staff to absorb such displaced employee. This article Article will not interfere with the right of the Employer to make such changes in methods of operation as are consistent with technological advances in the long-term community care field. The purpose of the following provisions is to preserve job security and stabilize employment employment, and to protect as many regular employees as possible from loss of employment.
