Telecommuting Agreements. Long term recurring telecommuting/work from home agreements shall be valid for a period up to one (1) year from the date of the initiation. Upon the conclusion of (1) year, a review of the agreement will be completed by employee, department manager or designee, and the Chief People Officer to discuss renewal or termination of the agreement. If the review and determination does not take place prior to the conclusion of the one (1) year, the agreement will continue in effect until the review and determination, subject to the seven (7) calendar day provision below. A request to adjust or terminate the agreement by either employee or management may take place at any time prior to the one (1) year anniversary date. Management or the employee reserve the right to terminate the agreement with seven (7) calendar days written notice to the other party and COBEA. The use of a long term or short term telecommuting agreements does not set precedent for future telecommuting/work from home assignments.

(c) Seller shall use best efforts to promptly provide all information required by the Franchisor in connection with the New Franchise Agreement. Prior to the expiration of the Review Period, Buyer and Franchisor shall agree on the form and substance of the New Franchise Agreement. Except as otherwise provided in this Contract, the New Franchise Agreement shall contain such terms and conditions as are acceptable to Buyer in its sole and absolute discretion.

  • Employment Agreements Each of the persons listed on Schedule 9.12 shall have been afforded the opportunity to enter into an employment agreement substantially in the form of Annex VIII hereto.
