Telephonic Participation. Representatives of the Management Committee may participate in any regularly scheduled or special meetings of the Management Committee telephonically or through other similar communications equipment, as long as all of the representatives participating in the meeting can hear one another. Participation in a meeting pursuant to the preceding sentence shall constitute presence in person at such meeting for all purposes of this Agreement.
Telephonic Participation. Implementation Board and the Governing Committee Members may participate in a regular or special meeting of the applicable body through the use of any means of communication by which all attending Members and members of the public participating in such meeting can hear each other during the meeting. Any Member participating in a meeting by such means is deemed to be present in person at the meeting for all purposes including, but not limited to, establishing a quorum.
Telephonic Participation. Directors may participate in Board meetings by telephone, and such participation shall constitute presence for purposes of the quorum provisions of Section 5.2(c).
Telephonic Participation. Directors may participate in meetings of the Board of Directors through use of conference telephone or other remote communications equipment, so long as all Directors participating in the meeting can hear and speak to each other. Such participation is equivalent to personal presence at the meeting.
Telephonic Participation. Board meetings may be held by telephone, video conferencing or any other means of contemporaneous communication, so long as all directors taking part in a meeting so held are able to hear each other at the same time. Participation by such means shall be deemed to constitute presence in person at a Board meeting. The minutes of all Board meetings shall be kept on file by the Company.

Managers may participate in any regularly scheduled or special meetings of the Board telephonically or through other similar communications equipment, as long as all of the representatives participating in the meeting can hear one another. Participation in a meeting pursuant to the preceding sentence shall constitute presence in person at such meeting for all purposes of this Agreement.
Telephonic Participation. Any Member may participate in any meeting of the Members by means of a telephone conference or similar method of communication by which all persons participating in the meeting can hear one another. Participation in such meeting shall constitute presence in person at the meeting.
Telephonic Participation. A Member Representative may participate in a meeting of the MMC by any means of communication through which all Member Representatives participating in the meeting, whether physically present or communicating through other means, may simultaneously hear each other during the meeting. A Member Representative participating in a meeting by this means is deemed to be present at the meeting and the minutes may reflect such.
Telephonic Participation. One or more members of the Board may participate in a meeting by means of a conference telephone or similar communications equipment allowing all persons participating in the meeting to hear each other at the same time. Participation by such means shall constitute presence in person at the meeting.
Telephonic Participation. Directors may participate in meetings the board of directors of each Offshore Group Company by telephone, and such participation shall constitute presence for purposes of the quorum provisions of Section 5.3(c).
