Common use of Temperature and Pressure Transmitters Clause in Contracts

Temperature and Pressure Transmitters. Temperature and pressure transmitters shall be verified at the time of the meter proving using a certified thermometer and reference gage respectively to ensure current readings are within +/-0.2 °F and +/- 1.0 psi. A calibration shall be performed every 6 months. All verification and calibration data shall be supplied to the customer. Accuracy of these transmitters shall be +/- 0.05 % of scale.
