– TEMPORARY CONSUMER ABSENCES. ‌ Live-in providers shall continue to receive the rate of pay immediately preceding the Consumer/Employer’s absence from his/her home due to illness or medical treatment for up to a maximum of thirty (30) calendar days. This provision is predicated on the expectation that the Consumer/Employer will be returning home within that thirty (30) day period.
