Common use of Temporary Disability Leave of Absence Clause in Contracts

Temporary Disability Leave of Absence. Temporary leaves other than leaves for sickness may be granted by the Superintendent. Extended leaves of absence without pay may be granted at the discretion of the Board of Education upon recommendation of the Superintendent.
