Common use of Temporary Disability Clause in Contracts

Temporary Disability. In the event the Executive should become disabled, but such disability is not permanent, as defined above, such disabled Executive shall be entitled to his salary for a period of nine (9) months. If such temporary disability continues longer than said period of time, then the disabled Executive shall be deemed to have become permanently disabled for the purposes of this Agreement at the end of said nine (9) month period.

Temporary Disability. In the event that the Executive should become disabled, but such disability is not permanent, as defined above, such disabled Executive shall be entitled to his salary disabled for a not more than 90 consecutive days or any 90 days during any twelve (12) - month period of nine (9) months. If such temporary disability continues longer than said period of timeduring the Term, then the disabled Executive Executive, during the continuance of such disability, shall remain employed by the Company hereunder and shall continue to be deemed paid his Annual Salary and Bonus and otherwise shall have all of the rights and be subject to have become permanently disabled for all of the purposes of Executive's obligations and duties under this Agreement at Agreement, other than the end of said nine (9) month periodobligation and duty to render the Services otherwise in accordance with this Agreement.

If such temporary disability continues longer than said period of timesuch ninety (90) day period, then the disabled Executive shall be deemed to have become permanently disabled for the purposes of this Agreement at the end of said nine ninety (990) month day period.
