Common use of Temporary Disability Clause in Contracts

Temporary Disability. ‌ During a period of temporary disability leave, for a disability approved by the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund guidelines, an employee’s dental and health insurance benefits, as currently paid by the Board, will be continued by the District for a maximum period not to exceed five (5) years.
