Common use of Temporary Mates Clause in Contracts

Temporary Mates. A. Mates that appear on the Mate’s seniority list before the 2013 Summer Season bidding process begins, but who have not yet completed the full Mate’s Orientation and Training, shall be considered a Temporary Mate under this MOU, for bidding purposes under this MOU, their seniority date shall prevail in bidding of Second Mate jobs.
