Temporary Replacement Unit Option a. SFCM will master lease comparable replacement units for all Existing Tenants selecting the Temporary Replacement Unit Option ("Temporary Replacement Units"). Temporary Replacement Units will be considered comparable if they are of similar size to the Existing Tenant's unit at 200 Van Ness with the same number of bedrooms and include similar housing services as currently provided at 000 Xxx Xxxx. SFCM will make every effort to provide Temporary Replacement Units in the same neighborhood as 200 Van Ness but Temporary Replacement Units may be located elsewhere in the City depending upon availability of units.

  • Temporary Replacement Whenever an employee who is a Xxxxxxx finds that he/she also is the "supervisor" in a grievance procedure, it is agreed that another authorized Xxxxxxx shall function in that particular grievance.

  • TEMPORARY RELOCATION The Licensee shall temporarily raise or lower its wires or other equipment upon the reasonable request of any Person holding a building moving permit issued by the Town.
