Temporary Transfer to Accommodate Intermittent Leave. or Reduced Work Schedule When the employee requests FML on an intermittent or a reduced schedule basis due to the planned medical treatment for the employee’s serious health condition or the serious health condition of a family member, the University may, at its sole, non-grievable discretion, require the employee to transfer temporarily to an available alternate position for which the employee is qualified and which better accommodates the employee's recurring need for leave. Such alternative position shall have equivalent pay and terms and conditions of employment, but does not need to have equivalent duties.
