Common use of Tenant Selection Plan Clause in Contracts

Tenant Selection Plan. (1) No later than six (6) months prior to the date rehabilitation of the Development is projected to be complete, Borrower shall submit to the County, for its review and approval, Borrower's written tenant selection plan (the "Tenant Selection Plan"). Borrower's Tenant Selection Plan must, at a minimum, meet the requirements for tenant selection set out in 24 C.F.R. 92.253(d), and any modifications thereto.
