Tenant’s Certification. Tenants certify that they have read the entire contents of this lease and acknowledge receipt of a copy. It is expressly agreed that this is the only lease between tenant and landlord and no verbal agreement of any kind shall be binding on the parties here.

Tenant’s Certification. Tenant hereby certifies to Landlord that, as of the execution and delivery of this Amendment by Tenant to Landlord, there are no existing defenses against the enforcement of any of the obligations of Tenant under the Lease, and Landlord is not in default under the Lease by reason of its failure to perform any obligations thereunder, and there is no circumstance, event, condition or state of facts which, by the passage of time or the giving of notice, or both, could entitle Tenant to any such defenses or constitute or result in such a default.
Tenant’s Certification. By signing below I acknowledge that the Provisions of the Lease Agreement, and the Addendums, have been received and thoroughly explained to me. I agree that all members of my household are bound by all of the Lease provisions and conditions, as written. I understand that the Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy is incorporated as part of the Residential Lease Agreement, and that it is available for review in any CMHA Property Management Office during normal business hours. I hereby certify that I, and other members of my Household, have not committed any fraud in connection with any federal housing assistance program, unless such fraud was fully disclosed to CMHA before execution of the Lease or before CMHA approval for occupancy of the unit by the Household member. I further certify that all information and documentation submitted by me or other Household members to CMHA in connection with any federal housing assistance program (before and during the Lease term) are true and complete to the best of my knowledge and belief. I further certify that I have received a copy of the information/attachments listed below including "Protect Your Family From Lead in Your Home". The information listed below has been thoroughly explained to me. I understand the possibility that lead-based paint may exist in the unit. I further certify that if I reside in a location where utilities are in the name of the Tenant, that I hereby authorize all local utility providers to release to the Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA), copies of any and all CMHA Public Housing Lease 13 of 14 Effective 07/01/20168 information relating to utility records for all members of my Household. This information may include, but is not limited to: usage, payment history, and arrearage. I further hereby authorize the utility provider(s) to notify CMHA if I fail to pay my utility xxxx and to review the records. Tenant’s Certification. Tenants certify that they have read the entire contents of this lease and acknowledge receipt of a copy. Further still the tenants certify that they know that a sample copy of the lease is on the web site RDI.properties for review prior to signing. Yet further still the tenants certify that they were accorded ample time to review the lease, ask questions and in no way were coerced to sign the lease. Tenant’s Certification. 35. Tenant agrees that at any time and from time to time within ten business (10) days following written notice from Landlord it will execute, acknowledge and deliver to Landlord or any proposed mortgagee or purchaser a statement in recordable form certifying that this Lease is unmodified and in full force and effect (or if there shall have been modifications, that the same is in full force and effect as modified and stating the modifications), that there are no defenses or offsets thereto and the dates to which the rent and other charges have been paid in advance, if any, and stating whether or not the Landlord is in default in the performance of any covenant agreement, or condition contained in this Lease, and, if so, specifying each such default, it being intended that any such statement delivered pursuant to this section may be relied upon by any prospective purchaser of the fee or any mortgagee thereof or any assignee of any mortgage upon the fee of the demised premises. The failure of the Tenant to execute, acknowledge and deliver to the Landlord a statement in accordance with the foregoing provisions of this section within the said ten (10) day period shall constitute an acknowledgment by the Tenant to any person entitled as aforesaid to rely thereupon that this Lease is unmodified and in full force and effect and that the rent and other charges have been duly and fully paid to and including the respective due dates immediately preceding the date of such notice and shall constitute a waiver of any defaults prior to the date of such notice.

Tenant’s Certification. From time to time upon the reasonable request of Landlord, upon ten (10) business days’ notice, Tenant shall execute and deliver to Landlord a statement provided by Landlord to Tenant indicating the commencement date of the Lease, the termination date of the Lease, Landlord’s compliance with the terms of the Lease and such other items regarding the terms of the Lease that may be reasonably requested by Landlord. Tenant’s Certification. (a) Tenant represents and warrants to Landlord that (i) it has not assigned, encumbered or otherwise transferred the Lease or any interest under the Lease or any claim, obligation, action or cause of action arising from the Lease, or sublet all or any part of the Premises; (ii) all corporate action has been taken by Tenant to approve this Amendment and the person signing this Amendment on behalf of Tenant has been duly authorized to sign and deliver this Amendment on behalf of Tenant; (iii) no proceeding has been commenced by or against Tenant which seeks to declare Tenant a bankrupt or an insolvent or to liquidate or dissolve the corporation, Tenant has made no general assignment of its assets for the benefit of its creditors, and no corporate action has been taken by Tenant authorizing any such proceeding, assignment or action; (iv) Tenant has not used, manufactured, stored, or disposed of any hazardous or controlled substances or wastes which are regulated by any state, local or federal laws or ordinances on the Premises and to the best of Tenant’s knowledge, no such hazardous or controlled substances or wastes have been spilled or otherwise disposed of on the Premises during the term of the Lease; and (v) this Amendment constitutes a legal, valid and binding agreement of Tenant enforceable against Tenant in accordance with its terms.
