Tenant's Representatives. Tenant hereby constitutes and appoints Dale Xxxxx, Xxm Xxxx xxx Mike Xxxxxxxx (XXS) and Mike Xxxxxxx xxx Gary Xxxxxxxxx (Xxshxxx & Xakexxxxx) xxs representatives (individually a "Tenant Representative" and collectively the "Tenant Representatives") to deal with Landlord in connection with the Tenant Work. Any notices and/or approvals given to or by any one of the said Representatives shall be binding upon Tenant and Landlord shall be entitled to rely on notices or approvals delivered by any one of such Representatives. Tenant may change the designation of the Tenant Representatives by notice in writing to Landlord.
Tenant's Representatives. Landlord acknowledges that Xxxxxx has retained the Staubach Company to assist Xxxxxx in the build-out of the Premises. Xxxxxxxx agrees to afford the Staubach Company representatives complete access to the Premises during the performance of the Work. Bid information and forms provided by the Staubach Company shall be integrated in the bidding process for the construction contract. Tenant shall not be required to use Landlord's standard finish-out materials in the performance of the Work; however, to the extent Tenant elects to do so, Landlord agrees that such materials shall be charged to Tenant at Landlord's actual cost therefor. Landlord shall provide to Tenant during the performance of the Work, at no cost to Tenant, electricity and other utilities, security limiting access to the Building and Premises, elevator service (in a designated service or construction elevator), and contractor parking in designated areas.
Tenant's Representatives. Tenant designates Jon Xxxxx xx Johx Xxxxxx xx the representatives of Tenant each having authority, acting singly, to approve the Base Building Plans, the Leasehold Improvements Plans and the Tenant's Cost Proposal, request or approve any Change Order, and to bind Tenant by signing such documents and all other notices and directions to Landlord regarding Leasehold Improvements.
Tenant's Representatives. Tenant has designated Xx. Xxxxx Xxxxx as its representative with respect to the matters set forth in this Tenant Work Letter, who, until further notice to Landlord that he no longer has such authority or that others also have such authority, shall have full authority and responsibility to act on behalf of the Tenant as required in this Tenant Work Letter.
Tenant's Representatives. As used herein, Tenant’s Representatives shall mean Tenant’s agents, contractors, employees, subtenants, and assignees.
