  • LCCU will promote links with Tenant Representatives and on request will attend meetings on an ad hoc basis in order to promote the service or answer any queries.

  • Tenant shall ensure that Tenant and Tenant Representatives do not conduct any activities on, in, under or about the Project Site that constitute waste, nuisance or unreasonable annoyance (including, without limitation, emission of objectionable odors, noises or lights).

  • Tenant shall comply, and shall require the Tenant Representatives to comply, with all applicable (i) requirements governing avoidance of impermissible client conflicts; and (ii) federal, state and local conflict of interest laws and regulations including, without limitation, California Government Code section 1090 et.

  • In addition, the Tenant shall require any or all of the Tenant Representatives to carry such levels of insurance as reasonably requested or approved by the County and, in connection with such policies, shall name the County as additional insured.

Related to Tenant Representatives

  • Parent Representatives has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2(a).

  • Management Representative means an individual designated to hear grievances on behalf of the University.

  • Buyer’s Representatives has the meaning set forth in Section 6.02.

  • Project Representative means the individual(s), including but not limited to the Resident Engineer, to whom the Authority Representative has delegated Project responsibilities. If a Project Representative is appointed, the Project Representative represents the Authority Representative on the Project within the limits of that delegation with respect to any part of the Work.

  • Procurement Representative means the person authorized by ULA’s cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.

It shall include any other official nominated to attend to the supervision of day to day execution of the work to which this CONTRACT relates.

  • Contractors means the bidder whose bid has been accepted by the COE;

  • Supplier Representative means the representative appointed by the Supplier from time to time in relation to this Framework Agreement;

  • Supplier’s Representative means the representative appointed by the Supplier from time to time with overall responsibility for this Contract and notified to the Customer;

  • Department Representative means the Manager, Engineering Operations, or designate, who shall represent the Landscape Operations Section for the purposes of this Agreement, or such other person who may be subsequently appointed in writing by the Department Representative and so notified to the Contractor;

  • Contractor Parties means a Contractor’s members, directors, officers, shareholders, partners, managers, principal officers, representatives, agents, servants, consultants, employees or any one of them or any other person or entity with whom the Contractor is in privity of oral or written contract (e.g. subcontractor) and the Contractor intends for such other person or entity to perform under the Contract in any capacity. For the purpose of this Contract, vendors of support services, not otherwise known as human service providers or educators, shall not be considered subcontractors, e.g. lawn care, unless such activity is considered part of a training, vocational or educational program.

  • Tenant Party means any of the following persons: Tenant; any assignees claiming by, through, or under Tenant; any subtenants claiming by, through, or under Tenant; and any of their respective agents, contractors, employees, licensees, guests and invitees.
