Tenant's Right to Use. Common Areas: Landlord grants Tenant and its authorized representatives and invitees the non-exclusive right to use the Common Areas with others who are entitled to use the Common Areas subject to Landlord's rights as set forth in this Lease.
Tenant's Right to Use. Landlord gives Tenant and its representatives, customers, and invitees the nonexclusive right to use the Common Areas in common with others to whom Landlord has granted or shall grant a similar right, except as provided herein. Tenant shall not locate any of its restaurant equipment or furniture in Common Areas, nor displace any Golf Association bulletin boards or computer equipment from Common Areas. Members of the Xxx Xxxxx Golf Association shall have priority to use lockers and shower facilities within the shared restrooms.

Landlord gives Tenant and its representatives, customers, and invitees the nonexclusive right to use the Common Areas in common with Hotel guests and others to whom Landlord has granted or will grant a similar right. Tenant and Tenant's employees shall only use those portions of the Hotel not used by Hotel guests or patrons or which are otherwise designated for "Hotel Staff."

Tenant's Right to Use. Tenant grants to Landlord for the benefit of Landlord’s Adjacent Property (as defined herein) the unrestricted right and permanent easement and license to use certain infrastructure, including roadways, driveways, and utilities, constructed by Tenant on the Access Easement. Landlord shall have the absolute right, at its expense, to connect a roadway to, or utilize, any access road constructed by Tenant on the Access Easement. Landlord shall have no obligation to maintain or repair any of the infrastructure which is utilized by the Landlord. A recordable document granting the easement from the Tenant to the Landlord to utilize the infrastructure shall be agreed upon, executed by both parties, and recorded prior to the Commencement Date. Such easement shall provide inter alia that Landlord’s use of the infrastructure will not interfere with Tenant’s use or intended use thereof and will not result in such infrastructure being used or burdened beyond the levels for which such infrastructure was designed.

Landlord shall have sole and exclusive control of the Common Area; however, Landlord grants to Tenant and its authorized representatives the nonexclusive right to use the Common Area, with others who are entitled to use the Common Area, subject to Landlord’s rights as set forth herein. Landlord reserves the right, however, to exclude certain patrons from the Shopping Center.

Tenant's Right to Use. Landlord, for itself and its successors and assigns, hereby grants to Tenant, for the benefit of Tenant and its successors and assigns and their respective employees, customers, agents and invitees, without charge, a non-exclusive license for so long as this Lease shall be in force and effect, subject to the Rules and Regulations, and in common with others having business in the Center, to use all of the Center Common Area including those areas designated for ingress or egress on the Site Plan. In addition, Landlord, for itself and its successors and assigns, hereby grants to Tenant, for the benefit of Tenant and its successors and assigns and their respective employees, customers, agents and invitees, without charge, a non-exclusive license for so long as this Lease shall be in force and effect, subject to the Rules and Regulations and in common with others having business in the Building, to use the Building Common Area. In the event of any contradiction or inconsistency between the terms and provisions of this Lease concerning hours of operation or amount or location of parking spaces and the terms and conditions of the Rules and Regulations, the terms and conditions of this Lease shall control and be interpreted in such a manner as to override any provision of the Rules and Regulations which would prevent those terms and provisions of this Lease concerning hours of operation or amount or location of parking spaces from being given full force and effect.
