Tenants; Users; Service Access. Customer is responsible and liable for: (a) the configuration of the Service to meet its own (and its Tenants’ and/or Users’) requirements; (b) Customer Data, Profiles, Personal Data, and any other data uploaded to the Service through the Customer Account or otherwise by Customer, its Tenants, and/or Users; (c) Customer’s, its Tenants’, and/or Users’ access to and use of the Service, including, without limitation, any Tenant or User conduct that would violate the AUP or any other the requirements of the Agreement (including, without limitation, those applicable to Customer); and (d) any access to and use of the Service through the Customer Account. Entrust Datacard will have no responsibility or liability for the accuracy of data uploaded to the Service by Customer, its Tenants, and/or Users, including, without limitation, Customer Data, Profiles, and Personal Data. Customer (or Tenant) will comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, and obtain all permits, licenses and authorizations or certificates that may be required, in connection with its activities pursuant to the Agreement.

Tenants; Users; Service Access. MSP is responsible and liable for: (i) the configuration of the Entrust Technology to meet its Tenants’ and/or Users’ requirements; (ii) all Customer Data, Profiles, Personal Data, and any other data uploaded to the Service through the Customer Account or otherwise by its Tenants and Users, including, without limitation, the accuracy thereof; (iii) its Tenants’ and Users’ access to and use of the Entrust Technology; and (iv) Tenants’ and Users’ compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, and obtention of all permits, licenses and authorizations or certificates that may be required, in connection with its activities pursuant to the Agreement.

  • Contractor’s Services shall be performed in accordance with generally accepted professional practices and principles and in a manner consistent with the level of care and skill ordinarily exercised by members of Contractor’s profession currently practicing under similar conditions. Contractor shall comply with the profession’s standard of performance, applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. By delivery of completed work, Contractor certifies that the work conforms to the requirements of this Agreement and all applicable federal, state and local laws. If Contractor is retained to perform services requiring a license, certification, registration or other similar requirement under California law, Contractor shall maintain that license, certification, registration or other similar requirement throughout the term of this Agreement.

  • System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades Connecting Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades described in Appendix A hereto. The responsibility of the Developer for costs related to System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of Attachment S to the NYISO OATT.

  • Service Activation For new customers - the services are activated immediately after successful processing of payment and our fraud detection software approves the order. The payment verification procedure is obligatory and if we fail to approve a transaction within 48 hours of the payment submission, the funds will be credited back to the payer and the order will be cancelled. Free Trials - All free trial orders are manually processed. If we deem your order to be suspicious or high risk, we will notify you and request additional information before process the order. Failure to comply with our request for more information will result in cancellation of the order. For existing customers - the services for existing customers, including upgrade services and renewals, are activated immediately after our Sales Department receives the according service payment.

  • System Access CUSTOMER agrees to provide to PROVIDER, at CUSTOMER’S expense, necessary access to the mainframe computer and related information technology systems (the “System”) on which CUSTOMER data is processed during the times (the “Service Hours”) specified in the PSAs, subject to reasonable downtime for utility outages, maintenance, performance difficulties and the like. In the event of a change in the Service Hours, CUSTOMER will provide PROVIDER with at least fifteen (15) calendar days written notice of such change.

  • Use of Basement and Service Areas The basement(s) and service areas, if any, as located within the

  • WORK ACCESS The Association shall provide a current, written list of its Association Representatives to all heads of departments, offices, or bureaus represented herein and the CAO. The Association shall be responsible for keeping the list current. An Association Representative shall have access to department, office, or bureau facilities where Unit members are employed during regular working hours to assist employees covered under this MOU in addressing grievances when such Association assistance is requested by a grievant(s) or to investigate matters arising out of the application of the provisions of this MOU. The Association Representative shall request authorization for such visits by contacting the designated Management representative of the head of the office, department, or bureau. In the event immediate access cannot be authorized, the designated Management representative shall inform the Association Representative as to the earliest time when access can be granted. This Article shall not be construed as a limitation on the power of the head of a department, office, or bureau to restrict access to areas designated for security or confidential purposes.

  • Data Access Services State Street agrees to make available to the Fund the Data Access Services subject to the terms and conditions of this Addendum and such data access operating standards and procedures as may be issued by State Street from time to time. The Fund shall be able to access the System to (i) originate electronic instructions to State Street in order to (a) effect the transfer or movement of cash or securities held under custody by State Street or (b) transmit accounting or other information (the transactions described in (i)(a) and (i)(b) above are referred to herein as “Client Originated Electronic Financial Instructions”), and (ii) access data for the purpose of reporting and analysis, which shall all be deemed to be Data Access Services for purposes of this Addendum.

  • Network Access Control The VISION Web Site and the Distribution Support Services Web Site (the “DST Web Sites”) are protected through multiple levels of network controls. The first defense is a border router which exists at the boundary between the DST Web Sites and the Internet Service Provider. The border router provides basic protections including anti-spoofing controls. Next is a highly available pair of stateful firewalls that allow only HTTPS traffic destined to the DST Web Sites. The third network control is a highly available pair of load balancers that terminate the HTTPS connections and then forward the traffic on to one of several available web servers. In addition, a second highly available pair of stateful firewalls enforce network controls between the web servers and any back-end application servers. No Internet traffic is allowed directly to the back-end application servers. The DST Web Sites equipment is located and administered at DST’s Winchester data center. Changes to the systems residing on this computer are submitted through the DST change control process. All services and functions within the DST Web Sites are deactivated with the exception of services and functions which support the transfer of files. All ports on the DST Web Sites are disabled, except those ports required to transfer files. All “listeners,” other than listeners required for inbound connections from the load balancers, are deactivated. Directory structures are “hidden” from the user. Services which provide directory information are also deactivated.
