Tenant's Worker's Compensation Insurance. To keep all of Tenant's employees working in the Premises covered by worker's compensation insurance in statutory amounts and to furnish Landlord with certificates thereof;
Tenant's Worker's Compensation Insurance. Tenant shall keep and maintain a standard form worker’s compensation and employer’s liability insurance covering all Tenant’s employees for injury or illness suffered in the course of or arising out of their employment, providing statutory worker’s compensation benefits and employer’s liability limits of not less than One Million and 00/100 Dollars ($1,000,000.00).

Tenant, at Tenant’s expense, shall maintain at all times during the Term of the Lease Workers’ Compensation Insurance with statutory benefits and Employers Liability Insurance with the following amounts: Each Accident: $500,000; Disease: Policy Limit - $500,000; Disease: Each Employee - $500,000.
Tenant's Worker's Compensation Insurance. Tenant shall, during the entire Term, keep in full force and effect, worker’s compensation or similar insurance affording statutory coverage and containing statutory limits as required under the local worker’s compensation or similar statutes.
