Common use of Tenured Clause in Contracts

Tenured. A tenured faculty member is employed on a full-time contract and paid in accordance with Article 5 and Appendix A of this Agreement. Tenured employment means appointment for an indefinite period of time which may be revoked only for adequate cause and by due process.
