Common use of Term and Reopening Negotiations Clause in Contracts

Term and Reopening Negotiations. This contract shall remain in full force and effect for a period commencing on the date of the signing, unless provided otherwise herein, through June 30, 2022. If either party desires to modify or terminate this contract commencing on July 1, 2020, it shall give written notice of such intent no later than May 1, 2022.
