Term for Services. The term for the provision of services by the Consultant to the Company will commence on August 15, 2005 and will continue for twelve months (the “Term”) subject to earlier termination by either the Consultant or the Company in accordance with the terms hereof. The Term may be extended thereafter upon the mutual agreement of the parties by written request given by either party providing such extension request is accepted by the other party at least 30 days before the one-year anniversary of this Agreement.

Term for Services. The term for the provision of services by the Consultant to the Company will be for two (2) years from the date hereof (the "TERM"). The Company will give notice of its intention to renew this Agreement to the Consultant not less than three (3) months prior to the expiration of the Term. If notice of renewal is given by the Company to the Consultant as provided herein, this Agreement will be extended for a further term of two (2) years upon the term and conditions herein contained, including these terms of renewal.
Term for Services. (a) The Service Contractor must commence performing the Services on the Commencement Date and continue to perform the Services until the earlier of the expiry of the Term or the date upon which this Contract is terminated. Upon acceptance by the Principal, the Term shall be read as being accordance with the term of the Offer in this clause. Upon rejection by the Principal, the Term shall remain unaffected.
