The Company may impose reasonable restrictions on the use of service during peak periods of excessive demand or other difficulty, which jeopardizes the supply Of service to any group of Customers. The Company may waive any minimum charge or guarantee payments for service upon written notice from and request of Customer during such time as the Customer's plant may be completely closed down as a result of strike, lockout, government order, fire, flood, or other acts of God: provided however, that Customer specifically agrees that the term of the service contract shall be extended for a period equal to the period of enforced shutdown.
