Term of Maintenance Service. The term during which the maintenance services described at Section 3.3 of this Agreement shall be provided shall consist of two phases: the Free Maintenance Service Period and the Maintenance Service Term, unless earlier terminated pursuant to Article VII of this Agreement. The Free Maintenance Service Period shall commence on the Installation Date [as defined in Section 3.1(b)] and shall continue for six months after the Installation Date. The Maintenance Service Term shall commence on the first day of the seventh month after the Installation Date (the first "Maintenance Service Fee Date") and shall end on the fifth anniversary of the Maintenance Service Fee Date; provided, however, the Maintenance Service Term shall be automatically extended for additional one year periods (each such one-year period is referred to herein as an "Extension Period") unless either EDS or Licensee shall have given written notice of its desire to not extend the Maintenance Service Term at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the Maintenance Service Term or prior to the end of any Extension Period.

Term of Maintenance Service. This Agreement shall become effective upon the date this Agreement is accepted and signed by SecureNet and shall continue for the initial equipment maintained hereunder and shall remain in effect thereafter until terminated as provided in Article 6.

  • Maintenance Services Subject to Client’s timely payment of the applicable maintenance fees, Accenture will make available the following maintenance services (“Maintenance Services”):

  • System Maintenance The Trust understands that USBFS will perform periodic maintenance to the System(s), which may cause temporary service interruptions. To the extent possible, USBFS shall notify the Trust of all planned outages and will perform any necessary maintenance during non-business hours.

  • Software Maintenance Subrecipient shall apply security patches and upgrades in a timely manner and keep virus software up-to-date on all systems on which State data may be stored or accessed.

  • Installation and Maintenance of Meters The Servicer shall cause to be installed, replaced and maintained meters in accordance with the Servicer Policies and Practices.

  • Scheduled Maintenance Maintenance window for disruptive work to Service will be limited 12:00 A.M. to 4:00 A.M., Central Daylight Time (CDT), any day with requirement of one (1) calendar week notification to Customer prior to maintenance. LightEdge will send an e-mail notification of such disruptive maintenance to Service to Authorized Contacts of Customer. Once notification is sent to Customer this will be considered a “Scheduled Maintenance”. Any Service SLAs will NOT apply during a Scheduled Maintenance.

  • OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF COMMON AREAS During the Term, Landlord shall operate all Common Areas within the Building and the Project. The term “Common Areas” shall mean all areas within the Building, Project and other buildings in the Project which are not held for exclusive use by persons entitled to occupy space.
