Term of Order Forms. The term of an Order Form starts on its effective date and terminates when all Services ordered under it are terminated or completed. For the term of Subscriptions ordered on an Order Form, see Section 3.1 (Subscriptions).
Term of Order Forms. The initial term of each Order Form shall commence on the date of such Order Form and shall continue for the Subscription Term set out in such Order Form. Thereafter, the Order Form shall automatically renew for additional successive periods of 12 months each (or such other period as may be set forth on such Order Form (each, a “Renewal Term”), unless either Party provides at least thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to the other Party of its intent to not renew such Order Form.
Term of Order Forms. The term of each Order Form will begin on the date that it is fully executed and continue until the later of the end of the Subscription Term set forth on such Order Form (including any automatic renewals, if any) and completion of the specified Professional Services.
Term of Order Forms. Unless otherwise specified in an Order Form, each Order Form shall have an initial term of three years after the Commencement Date. If neither Party terminates the Order Form (or parts thereof, such as certain Products or Territories) by giving six (6) months’ Notice prior to the end of the initial term, the Order Form shall be automatically renewed for consecutive renewal terms(s) of twelve (12) months until terminated by either Party with six (6) months' Notice prior to the end of a renewal term.
Term of Order Forms. The term of particular Order Forms will be set forth therein, starting on the Effective Date specified therein and continuing for the initial term specified therein (“Initial Service Term”). Unless otherwise set forth in the applicable Order Form, or unless the Order Form is terminated in accordance with Section 6.5, upon expiration of the Initial Service Term, the relevant Order Form will renew automatically for a subsequent renewal term of 12 months (“Renewal Service Term“), unless either Party notifies the other Party in writing, at least 30 days (subject to Section 7.2) prior to the end of the then-current Service Term, that it chooses not to renew. The Initial Service Term and all Renewal Service Terms (if any) are referred to in this Agreement collectively as the “Service Term”.
Term of Order Forms. Unless otherwise specified in an Order Form, each Order Form shall have an initial term of one year after the Commencement Date, after
Term of Order Forms. Each Order Form shall specify an order term. Except as provided in an Order Form, (a) a party may cancel the Order Form at the end of the order term (the “Renewal Date”) by so notifying the other party 30 or more days before the Renewal Date, (b) if no such notice is given, then on the Renewal Date the Order Form and all subscriptions under it will renew for an additional year, (c) in any such renewal, the Order Form terms will remain unchanged from the prior term except for any pricing increase of which OwnBackup has notified Customer 60 or more days before the Renewal Date, which increase will not exceed 7% over the per-unit pricing in the prior term unless the prior pricing was clearly designated in the Order Form as promotional or one-time, and (d) the Order Form will continue to renew until canceled in accordance with this section.
Term of Order Forms. The initial term of each Order Form will commence on the date set forth in such Order Form and, unless earlier terminated in accordance with Section 4(c), will remain in effect for the “Initial Term” specified therein (the “Order Form Initial Term”). If a “Renewal Term” is specified in an Order Form, upon the expiration of the applicable Order Form Initial Term, such Order Form will automatically renew for successive periods equal to the length of the “Renewal Term” specified in such Order Form (each, an “Order Form Renewal Term”) unless either party notifies the other in writing of an intent not to renew at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the Order Form Initial Term or the then-current Order Form Renewal Term.
Term of Order Forms. The Subscription Term of each subscription for Services, Software and/or Content shall be as specified in the applicable Order Form. Any renewal terms will be as set forth in the applicable Order Form. The Subscription Term includes the initial term and any renewal terms set forth in the applicable Order Form.
