Term of Trustees. Each Trustee shall serve until expiration of his term of office established in accordance with Section 3 of Article II of this Agreement or until, on a date prior to expiration of his term of office, he shall die, become incapable of acting hereunder, resign, become disqualified for the position under applicable law or under Section 8 of Article XI of this Agreement, or be removed as herein provided.
Term of Trustees. A Trustee shall continue to serve until his death, permanent incapacity, resignation, removal, or expiration of his term as established by the party designating the Trustee.
Term of Trustees. Each Trustee above named, and each successor Trustee shall continue to serve as such until his death, incapacity, resignation, or removal, as herein provided. Employer Trustees may be removed and replaced at will by a majority of the then Employer Trustees, and Union Trustees may be removed and replaced at will by the International Union.
Term of Trustees. (a) Of the Initial Trustees, Xxxxxxx Xxxx and Xxxx Xxx Xxxxxxxxx shall serve until the election of members of Community Council in February, 2007. On completion of the terms of these Initial Trustees, the Community Council shall appoint successor Trustees as contemplated in Article 5.2(b), each for a three (3) year term to run coincident with their terms as members of the Community Council, and so on each time the term of a Trustee appointed pursuant to Article 5.2(b) has expired.
Term of Trustees. (a) Of the Initial Trustees, Xxxxxxx XxXxxx and Xxxx X. XxXxxx shall serve until the election of members of the Community Council in October, 2010, and Xxxxx Settee shall serve until the election of members of the Community Council in October 2012. On completion of said term of these Initial Trustees, the Community Council shall by Council Resolution appoint successor Trustees for four (4) year terms to run coincident with the terms of the members of the Community Council each time the term of a Trustee appointed pursuant to Article 5.3(a) has expired.
Term of Trustees. An Employee Trustee appointed by the Union and an Employer Trustee appointed by an Association shall continue to serve until his death, incapacity, resignation, or removal as provided herein.
