Common use of Term Position Clause in Contracts

Term Position. A Term Position shall include any job that has been created for a specific project or program in compliance with funding for the project or program or a vacancy due to the absence of an employee for a specific pre-determined period of time that shall exist in excess of ninety (90) calendar days and no greater than twelve (12) months in duration (unless for a maternity/parental leave where the term may be for a duration of up to eighteen (18) months).
