Termination Following Continuance. Even though it may have kept this Lease in effect pursuant to Subsection 13.3.2, thereafter County may elect to terminate this Lease and all of Lessee’s rights in or to the Premises unless prior to such termination Lessee shall have cured the Event of Default or shall have satisfied the provisions of Section 13.2, hereof. County agrees to use reasonable efforts to mitigate damages.
