TERMINATION - NO FAULT i. In the event that this Contract is terminated by the Owner, prior to the completion of construction and termination is not based on a reason listed in Paragraph 2.12.1, the Contractor shall be compensated for its costs incurred on the Project, including reasonable costs of de-mobilization, covering the period of time between the last approved application for payment and the date of termination.

TERMINATION - NO FAULT. The Owner shall have the right to terminate the Contract, without cause, upon seven (7) day’s written notice to the Contractor.
