Termination Notification. If the Company terminates this Agreement, Company shall provide notice announcing its termination at least fifteen (15) days prior to the date of termination on the Company’s website, an ad in any of the local newspaper publications, and email to subscribers of the Company’s Plan. Further, Company shall fully cooperate with GovGuam in transitioning Covered Persons to Other Plans.
