Termination of Appointments. After the commencement of an appointment, a Sessional Appointment may be terminated by the Governors prior to the stated termination date of the appointment with three (3) months’ notice or pay-in-lieu of notice, up to the termination date of the appointment, for reasons of bona fide changes in the academic plans of the Faculty or Department concerned that make the Sessional Appointment no longer viable, or for bona fide financial reasons.
