TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT (Full Time and Part Time Employees. (a) Employment may be terminated by either party at any time by the giving of the listed notice or, in the case of the Trust, by payment in lieu of the notice. However, if any employee does not work the notice period the Trust may withhold payment for the non-worked period.
