Termination of Leaves. ‌ An Employee may terminate their leave of absence prior to the previously agreed upon date of expiration of the leave with the approval of the Employer or designee. Leaves of absence or extensions of leaves of absence which are subject to the discretionary authority of the Employer or designee may be cancelled by the Employer or designee upon reasonable notice to the Employee. Such notice shall ordinarily be in writing except in case of an emergency.
