Termination of Master Lease If the Sublessor terminates their tenancy in the Premises under the Master Lease, the Sublessee agrees that if the Master Lease is terminated for any reason, this Agreement will terminate as of the same date.

In addition and without limiting the rights of Lender hereunder or under any of the other Loan Documents, in the event that (i) the Management Agreement is terminated, (ii) the Manager no longer manages the Property, or (iii) a receiver, liquidator or trustee shall be appointed for Manager or if Manager shall be adjudicated a bankrupt or insolvent, or if any petition for bankruptcy, reorganization or arrangement pursuant to federal bankruptcy law, or any similar federal or state law, shall be filed by or against, consented to, or acquiesced in by, Manager, or if any proceeding for the dissolution or liquidation of Manager shall be instituted, then Borrower (at Borrower's sole cost and expense) shall immediately, in its name, establish new deposit accounts separate from any other Person with a depository satisfactory to Lender into which all Rents and other income from the Property shall be deposited and shall grant Lender a first priority security interest in such account pursuant to documentation satisfactory in form and substance to Lender.
Termination of Agreement for Cause 5.1.1. If A/E breaches any of the covenants or conditions of this AGREEMENT, COUNTY shall have the right to terminate this AGREEMENT upon ten (10) days written notice prior to the effective day of termination. 5.1.2. A/E shall have the opportunity to cure the alleged breach prior to termination. 5.1.3. Termination of Therapy Therapist reserves the right to terminate therapy at his/her discretion. Reasons for termination include, but are not limited to, untimely payment of fees, failure to comply with treatment recommendations, conflicts of interest, failure to participate in therapy, Patient needs are outside of Therapist’s scope of competence or practice, or Patient is not making adequate progress in therapy. Patient has the right to terminate therapy at his/her discretion. Upon either party’s decision to terminate therapy, Therapist will generally recommend that Patient participate in at least one, or possibly more, termination sessions. These sessions are intended to facilitate a positive termination experience and give both parties an opportunity to reflect on the work that has been done. Therapist will also attempt to ensure a smooth transition to another therapist by offering referrals to Patient.
Complete Disposal Upon Termination of Service Agreement Upon Termination of the Service Agreement Provider shall dispose or delete all Student Data obtained under the Service Agreement. Prior to disposition of the data, Provider shall notify LEA in writing of its option to transfer data to a separate account, pursuant to Article II, section 3, above. In no event shall Provider dispose of data pursuant to this provision unless and until Provider has received affirmative written confirmation from LEA that data will not be transferred to a separate account.
Termination of Multiple REMICs If the REMIC Administrator makes two or more separate REMIC elections, the applicable REMIC shall be terminated on the earlier of the Final Distribution Date and the date on which it is deemed to receive the last deemed distributions on the related Uncertificated REMIC Regular Interests and the last distribution due on the Certificates is made.
