Activities to be Performed. Occupant Protection Officers shall focus, but not limit, their work on targeted roadway/areas that are selected based on crash data. Enforcement strategies shall include the following measures: high-visibility occupant protection checkpoints, high-visibility saturation patrols, roving patrols, directed patrols, and enforcement zones in targeted roadways/problem locations, school zones and work zones.
Activities to be Performed. The Fair Board agrees to lease the Motorsport Event Space on dates to be determined and agreed to by both parties for 2021. Dates of up to 25 potential track rentals shall be submitted to the Fair Board prior to the first practice of the season. Changes to the schedule must be submitted to the Fair Board at least five days in advance. For each Race Weekend, use of the Motorsport Event Space on Friday shall be for TE Motorsport Track Activity. Use of the Motorsport Event Space on Saturday shall be for TE Motorsport Events. Use of the Motorsport Event Space on Sunday shall only be available for use as TE Motorsports if a weather occurrence has caused a postponement on the previous day’s TE Motorsport. Notwithstanding the foregoing, for the Race Weekends designated for the ARCA Event and All American 400 event, a TE Motorsport may occur on Sunday.

During the term of this Agreement, CASINO and SUDACO undertake to perform in the benefit of CBD, activities of various natures relating, but not limited to: clerical and administrative, financial, advertising, strategic, planning and budgeting, human resources, corporate governance, business monitoring and controlling, corporate reorganization, investments, acquisition and divestiture of assets, and business-related in general (the “Activities”). Communicate with volunteers ahead of event regarding meeting times and locations, and general expectations. Maintain communication with UW Extension Rivers Educator to receive and apply seasonal updates. Complete ID verification with DNR AIS Biologist prior to data entry into SWIMS.
