Activities to be Performed. Occupant Protection Officers shall focus, but not limit, their work on targeted roadway/areas that are selected based on crash data. Enforcement strategies shall include the following measures: high-visibility occupant protection checkpoints, high-visibility saturation patrols, roving patrols, directed patrols, and enforcement zones in targeted roadways/problem locations, school zones and work zones.

Activities to be Performed. The activities covered by this Agreement are: • Transportation Planning; • Construction Management; • Program Administration; • Design; • Construction; • Road Maintenance as authorized under 23 U.S.C. § 202 (a)(8)(A); • Development and negotiation of Tribal-State Road Maintenance agreements authorized under 23 U.S.C. § 202 (a)(8)(C); • (INSERT ANY ADDITIONAL ITEMS); • Other TTP Program-eligible activities authorized under Chapter 1 or 2 of Title 23, 25 CFR Part 170, or other applicable law; and • Other activities authorized under Chapter 1 of Title 23, as amended by the FAST Act, or other applicable law including activities funded under agreements developed under 23 U.S.C. § 202 (a)(9).

Part 170, as each may be amended by FAST Act, or other applicable law; and • Funds as identified in Agreements developed under 23 U.S.C. 202(a)(9).
Activities to be Performed. During the term of this Agreement, CASINO, EURIS and SUDACO and the Joining Parties undertake to perform in the benefit of CBD, activities of various natures relating, but not limited to: clerical and administrative, financial, advertising, strategic, planning and budgeting, human resources, corporate governance, business monitoring and controlling, corporate reorganization, investments, acquisition and divestiture of assets, and business-related in general (the “Activities”). The Activities are exclusively intended to support the development of CBD’s operations.

Dates of up to 25 potential track rentals shall be submitted to the Fair Board prior to the first practice of the season. Changes to the schedule must be submitted to the Fair Board at least five days in advance. For each Race Weekend, use of the Motorsport Event Space on Friday shall be for TE Motorsport Track Activity. Use of the Motorsport Event Space on Saturday shall be for TE Motorsport Events. Use of the Motorsport Event Space on Sunday shall only be available for use as TE Motorsports if a weather occurrence has caused a postponement on the previous day’s TE Motorsport. Notwithstanding the foregoing, for the Race Weekends designated for the ARCA Event and All American 400 event, a TE Motorsport may occur on Sunday.
Activities to be Performed. Grantee shall perform the activities described in Exhibit A (the “Activities”) in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and all applicable laws. Grantee must perform its obligations hereunder efficiently, effectively, and within applicable Agreement timeframes, to the satisfaction of Agency.
