Termination of Mobile Banking. You may disable the mobile user and/or device by calling us at (000) 000-0000. If you terminate Partners Online Banking your participation in Mobile Banking will also be terminated. We may terminate your use of Mobile Banking at any time without notice. We may immediately suspend or terminate your access to Mobile Banking in the event we reasonably determine such suspension or termination is necessary in order to protect the Mobile Banking Service or the Credit Union from harm or compromise of integrity, security, reputation or operation or that you are in breach of this Agreement or are otherwise using Mobile Banking in a manner inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement or with applicable law. You agree that we will not be liable to you or any third party for any discontinuance of Mobile Banking.

Termination of Mobile Banking. Mobile Banking shall remain in effect until it is terminated by you or Bank. You may uninstall the Mobile Banking app from you Mobile Device at any time; however, in order to remove Mobile Banking from your customer profile, you should notify Bank in writing or call Bank at 000-000-XXXX, at any time informing Bank of your intent to cancel. This cancellation applies only to Mobile Banking and does not terminate your Accounts or credit facilities. Bank may terminate Mobile Banking at any time, with or without notice to you.
Termination of Mobile Banking. If, at any time, you wish to terminate your use of Mobile Banking, you may do so within Internet Banking. Go to the Options tab and click “Manage Devices”. Once there, click “I want to Stop using this device for Mobile Banking”. You will need to do this for each of your devices. You may stop any or all of your enrolled devices. You should also un-enroll the app from your device.
Termination of Mobile Banking. We may terminate your use of Mobile Banking at any time and for any reason, although your representations, warranties and obligations will remain in full force and effect, nonetheless. You assume the risk of loss of your data during any system failure or interruption and the responsibility to verify the accuracy and completeness of any transaction(s) so affected.
Termination of Mobile Banking. You may terminate Mobile Banking by uninstalling the First Bank On the Go application. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue Mobile Banking at any time, or certain features within Mobile Banking, without notice, except as required by law. If you have questions about Mobile Banking or need assistance, you may message us in Mobile Banking, email the First Bank Service Center at XxxxxxXxxxxxx@xxxx.xxx, call us at 0-000-000-XXXX (2265), or reply to a text message with the word “HELP”. This Agreement governs your (the “End User”) use of the First Bank On the Go application, including all related documentation ("Application"). The Application is licensed, not sold, to you. By downloading, installing, and using the First Bank On the Go Application, you a) acknowledge that you have read and understand this Agreement; and b) Accept this Agreement and agree that you are legally bound by its terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, and use the Application. If you have already downloaded and installed this Application, and do not agree to these terms, delete the Application from your Device.

  • Continuation of Banking Business For the period commencing the first banking Business Day after Bank Closing and ending no earlier than the first anniversary of Bank Closing, the Assuming Institution will provide full service banking in the trade area of the Failed Bank. Thereafter, the Assuming Institution may cease providing such banking services in the trade area of the Failed Bank, provided the Assuming Institution has received all necessary regulatory approvals. At the option of the Assuming Institution, such banking services may be provided at any or all of the Bank Premises, or at other premises within such trade area. The trade area shall be determined by the Receiver. For the avoidance of doubt, the foregoing shall not restrict the Assuming Institution from opening, closing or selling branches upon receipt of the necessary regulatory approvals, if the Assuming Institution or its successors continue to provide banking services in the trade area. Assuming Institution will pay to the Receiver, upon the sale of a branch or branches within the year following the date of this agreement, fifty percent (50%) of any franchise premium in excess of the franchise premium paid by the Assuming Institution with respect to such branch or branches.
