Terms and Conditions of Employment. 3.1 The terms and conditions of employment referred to in Part 6 of the Public Service Regulation (the “Regulation”), as amended from time to time, apply to the Employee, including the following provisions of Part 3 of the Regulation (with all references therein to “deputy minister” being replaced with “Chief of Staff”): (a) 3.5 and 3.6 (absence due to illness or injury, injury at work); (b) 3.7 (independent medical examination); (c) 3.11 (regular pay); (d) 3.12 to 3.14 (holidays and holiday pay); (e) 3.15 to 3.17 (extra time);
