Territory and Global Sponsoring. Members have the ability to sponsor new members in any international market in which NSP is open and operating as a direct selling company. Through Global Sponsoring, you have the opportunity to build your business beyond the borders of your country of residence, whichunlocks great potential for growth and success. Wehope that all NSP Members will take advantage of this phenomenal business- building opportunity. The following policies apply to all Global Sponsoring activities, regardless of your current country of residence. If you have further questions regarding Global Sponsoring, please visit xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx and select the country you wish to learn more about from the top menu or call that country’s customer service. • Global Sponsors are obligated to observe the laws of the countries in which they operate. • Global Sponsors are obligated to only operate in the countries/ markets that have been officially opened for direct selling activities by NSP and are subject to any limitations as outlined by NSP. These countries are listed at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx. • Global Sponsors must abide by the Agreement Form, Rules, Policies & Procedures, Compensation Plan, etc. of the legally recognized NSP office/subsidiary in the country/market in which they operate. • Global Sponsors are obligated to recruit new globally sponsored Membersaccording to the Agreement Form, Rules, Policies& Procedures, Compensation Plan, etc. of the country/market in which the new globally sponsored Member resides. • Global Sponsors do not qualify for compensation plan incentives in the country where the globally sponsored Member resides (for example: localmarketconvention attendance, TACtrips, etc.) • Global Sponsors may enroll as many Members as desired in all participating countries; however, they cannot register as authorized Members in any country except in his/her country of residence. As a company-wide policy, any Member/Customer may operate only one NSP membership at any time. • Any commissions earned through Global Sponsoring are based on the sale of products in the foreign country where the sponsored Member resides and are paid to the Global Sponsor by the legally recognized NSP office/subsidiary in your country/market of residence.   • Traditional Medicine Cooperation 1. The aims of Traditional Medicine cooperation will be: (a) to build on existing agreements or arrangements already in place for Traditional Medicine cooperation; and (b) to promote information exchanges on Traditional Medicine between the Parties. 2. In pursuit of the objectives in Article 149 (Objectives), the Parties will encourage and facilitate, as appropriate, the following activities, including, but not limited to: (a) encouraging dialogue on Traditional Medicine policies and promotion of respective Traditional Medicine; (b) raising awareness of active effects of Traditional Medicine; (c) encouraging exchange of experience in conservation and restoration of Traditional Medicine; (d) encouraging exchange of experience on management, research and development for Traditional Medicine; (e) encouraging cooperation in the Traditional Medicine education field, mainly through training programs and means of communication; (f) having a consultation mechanism between the Parties' Traditional Medicine authorities; (g) encouraging cooperation in Traditional Medicine therapeutic services and products manufacturing; and (h) encouraging cooperation in research in the fields of Traditional Medicine in order to contribute in efficacy and safety assessments of natural resources and products used in health care.

  • EMPLOYEES, SUBCONTRACTORS & AGENTS All employees, Subcontractors or agents performing work under the Contract must be trained staff or technicians who meet or exceed the professional, technical and training qualifications set forth in the Bid Specifications or the Bid Documents, whichever is more restrictive, and must comply with all security and administrative requirements of the Authorized User. The Commissioner reserves the right to conduct a security background check or otherwise approve any employee, Subcontractor or agent furnished by Contractor and to refuse access to or require replacement of any personnel for cause based on, including but not limited to, professional, technical or training qualifications, quality of work or change in security status or non- compliance with Authorized User’s security or other requirements. Such approval shall not relieve the Contractor of the obligation to perform all work in compliance with the Contract terms. The Commissioner reserves the right to reject and/or bar from the facility for cause any employee, Subcontractor, or agents of the Contractor.

  • Emergency Action on Imports of Particular Products Where any product is being imported in such increased quantities and under such conditions as to cause, or threaten to cause:

  • Proposing Integration Activities in the Planning Submission No integration activity described in section 6.3 may be proposed in a CAPS unless the LHIN has consented, in writing, to its inclusion pursuant to the process set out in section 6.3(b).

  • Restricted Employment for Certain State Personnel Contractor acknowledges that, pursuant to Section 572.069 of the Texas Government Code, a former state officer or employee of a state agency who during the period of state service or employment participated on behalf of a state agency in a procurement or contract negotiation involving Contractor may not accept employment from Contractor before the second anniversary of the date the Contract is signed or the procurement is terminated or withdrawn.

  • BUY AMERICA ACT (National School Lunch Program and Breakfast Program With respect to products purchased by Customers for use in the National School Lunch Program and/or National School Breakfast Program, Contractor shall comply with all federal procurement laws and regulations with respect to such programs, including the Buy American provisions set forth in 7 C.F.R. Part 210.21(d), to the extent applicable. Contractor agrees to provide all certifications required by Customer regarding such programs. In the event Contractor or Contractor’s supplier(s) are unable or unwilling to certify compliance with the Buy American Provision, or the applicability of an exception to the Buy American provision, H-GAC Customers may decide not to purchase from Contractor. Additionally, H-GAC Customers may require country of origin on all products and invoices submitted for payment by Contractor, and Contractor agrees to comply with any such requirement.

  • Leave of Absence for Employees Who Serve as Local Coordinators for the Ontario Nurses' Association An employee who serves as Local Coordinator for the Ontario Nurses' Association shall be granted leave of absence without pay up to a total of thirty-five (35) days annually. Leave of absence for Local Coordinators for the Ontario Nurses' Association will be separate from the Union leave provided in (a) above.

  • Member Access to Vendor Proposal Notwithstanding any other information provided in this solicitation or Vendor designation of certain documentation as confidential or proprietary, Vendor’s acceptance of this TIPS Contract constitutes Vendor’s consent to the disclosure of Vendor’s comprehensive proposal, including any information deemed confidential or proprietary, to TIPS Members. The proposing Vendor agrees that TIPS shall not be responsible or liable for any use or distribution of information or documentation by TIPS Members or any other party. By submitting this proposal, Vendor certifies the foregoing.
