TESA/DOCPERS Education and Experience. The equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, GEOINT or related science, technology, and mathematics (STEM) degree • In-depth knowledge of national GEOINT systems and, the corresponding architecture within the Intelligence Community, and how they interface with joint and Army tactical systems • Expertise in tactical intelligence systems and the associated communications architecture that enables sensor to shooter threads • Experience operating GEOINT systems and software directly related to targeting operations • Expertise in conceptualizing, planning, executing and assessing complex Joint and combined military operations with emphasis on intelligence, shaping /influence operations and information operations • Experience developing Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) or other process documents • Experience in tactical level GEOINT disciplines, preferably those supporting the Army Intelligence Enterprise.

  • Education and Experience ▪ Secondary School Honour Graduation, plus a minimum of 13 years' pertinent experience or the equivalent in experience, additional education and/or training; ▪ Graduation from a recognized institute of advanced technology, or equivalent formal education, and a minimum of nine years' pertinent technological experience.

  • Promotion and Protection of Investment (1) Each Contracting Party shall encourage and create favourable conditions for investors of the other Contracting Party to make investments in its territory, and admit such investments in accordance with its laws and policy. (2) Investments and returns of investors of each Contracting Party shall at all times be accorded fair and equitable treatment in the territory of the other Contracting Party.
