Supervision of Contractor Employees. The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over contractor or subcontractor employees while performing work under the contract. Such employees shall be accountable solely to the contractor, not the Government. The contractor, in turn, shall be accountable to the Government for contractor or subcontractor employees.
Supervision of Contractor Employees i. The supervision of contractor employees performing construction work shall be executed in terms of Regulation 6 of the Construction Regulations.
Supervision of Contractor Employees a. Personnel assigned to render services under this contract shall be at all times under the direction and control of the Contractor. Notwithstanding any other provisions of this contract, the Contractor shall at all times be responsible for the supervision of its employees in the performance of the services required under this contract.
